Real estate developer Hepsor invites everyone to experience this special moment at its new Purvciems development, “360° Dzelzavas Residences”, located at 74C Dzelzavas Street. The opening of the new high-rise building’s demo apartment will take place on 5 August from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The event is open to anyone interested in purchasing an apartment in Purvciems and looking for a high-quality, modern home for themselves and their family. During the event, visitors will have the opportunity not only to experience the character of the new building but also to receive practical information from Hepsor representatives about the apartments currently available. The interior design of the demo apartment was created by Vineta Millere and Zanda Vjuna, designers from the Wall to Wall studio.
“Every detail in this interior has been carefully considered and coordinated to create a coherent and refined spatial narrative. Particular attention has been paid to the choice of materials, the interplay of textures and surfaces, and the lighting, which gives the space a warm and nuanced atmosphere.
The colour palette is dominated by elegant, understated earth tones, complemented by subtle gold accents, walnut textures and expressive terracotta shades. The balance of these elements creates a harmonious, fluid and contemporary environment characterised by calm, warmth and sophistication.
The result is an interior that combines aesthetic quality with thoughtful functionality. The selected materials and carefully developed design solutions create a comfortable and modern living environment that meets the everyday needs of a dynamic urban resident,” the designers explain.
Hepsor’s ambitious new development at 74C Dzelzavas Street is scheduled to be completed and commissioned by the end of this year.
The project is being developed by Hepsor in cooperation with its partner, Perton Ehitus.
The residential building is one of the most modern multi-storey developments to be built in this sought-after neighbourhood in recent years.
Approximately 45% of the apartments in the project have already been sold.
The greatest interest has been shown in the three- and four-room apartments on the upper floors, which feature the largest rooftop terraces and offer impressive panoramic views of the city. Balconies or terraces are available in 98% of the apartments within the development.
“360° Dzelzavas Residences” is characterised by a thoughtfully designed living environment that combines landscaped surroundings, well-developed infrastructure, contemporary architecture, refined design aesthetics and energy efficiency. The project has been created with the aim of offering a new level of quality of life in Purvciems.
The building was designed by architect Uldis Bērziņš and the architectural firm Tectum.
Their professional signature is especially evident in the elegantly designed common areas and premium lobby, which features ceilings reaching 5.7 metres in height. The lobby has been designed as a welcoming and comfortable environment with several lounge areas.
The multi-storey building meets the A+ energy-efficiency standard. Each apartment is equipped with individual meters for heating, water and electricity.
For residents’ convenience, the development includes 76 outdoor and covered parking spaces, with infrastructure prepared for electric vehicle charging. Storage rooms and dedicated spaces for bicycles and baby strollers will be located on the ground floor.
Active work is currently underway on the interior finishing of the apartments, as well as the landscaping and planting of the surrounding territory. The courtyard is being developed with greenery, a children’s playground and an outdoor sports activity area.
