The 13-storey 360° Dzelzavas Residences is Hepsor’s highest project in Riga to date, and also the developer’s first residential building in the popular Purvciems neighbourhood. This type of project has not been seen in this neighbourhood for a very long time, so it is only natural that the apartments on the highest floors, with terraces offering breathtaking 360° panoramic views of the city, have attracted the most attention from customers. Another special feature of the project is the impressive lobby, designed by the architect. Currently, more than 25% of the apartments in the future building have already been reserved.

Currently, construction work on the new residential building is actively underway, with the building already reaching a height of three storeys. Therefore, the format of the customer day will not only be based on a presentation of the future vision of the project, but will also provide an opportunity to see the advantages of the project’s location, to appreciate the impressive contours of the building, and to feel the inspiring aura of the place. There will also be an opportunity to meet with the project’s sales representatives, who will provide more information about the technical nuances underlying the construction and apartment finishing quality of 360° Dzelzavas Residences, as well as answer any questions that customers may have. The developer asks visitors to wear footwear suitable for a construction site environment and informs participants that they will be asked to wear protective helmets.
360° Dzelzavas Residences is a 13-storey residential building with modern architecture located in one of Riga’s most active neighbourhoods, Purvciems, not far from the legendary Mēbeļu nams furniture store. With the construction of this new project, 103 new high-end apartments will be added to the Riga housing market. 23 of them have already found new owners and will be completed by the end of 2026. Hepsor is building this ambitious project in cooperation with the Estonian developer Perton, which has 18 years of experience and has completed nearly 50 projects in Tallinn. The architecture of the project was designed by Uldis Bērziņš and the architectural firm Tectum, while the interior design was developed by London-based designer Elīna Jukuma. The building is being constructed by Hepsor’s long-standing partner Mitt&Perlebach. The total investment in the project will reach approximately EUR 15 million.
The new project will have 76 covered and ground parking spaces with infrastructure prepared for the installation of electric vehicle charging stations, A+ energy efficiency, an elegantly designed premium lobby and common areas, playgrounds for children, a sports activity area, aesthetic landscaping in the surrounding area, and a rooftop terrace for residents. The ground floor of the building will have 54 storage rooms, as well as a separate space for bicycle storage and pushchairs. Ceiling heights in the living area and bedrooms on storeys 2 to 11 are 2.62–2.80 m, and on the 13th storey – 2.89 m. The highlight of the project is the 13th storey, or VIP storey, of the building, where the last two apartments are available, featuring higher ceilings and premium-level finishes, large terraces (up to 41 m2) and stunning 360° views of Riga, making your new home even more special and offering a new standard of excellence in your favourite Riga neighbourhood. In total, the project offers 103 apartments ranging in size from 38–125 m2.
